Applicable requirements

International sales, shipment, integration and operation of UAV products may be subject to export controls, sanctions, customs rules, aviation regulations and local licensing requirements.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers and end users are responsible for identifying and complying with the laws that apply in the destination country and to the intended application, including registration, import authorization and operational approval.

Project review

TJW may request information about the buyer, end user, destination, application and system configuration before accepting an order. We may decline or pause a project where required information is unavailable or the proposed transaction may violate applicable law.

Final confirmation

Export eligibility, documents and delivery terms are confirmed in the formal commercial process. Website content does not constitute export authorization.
